A seasoned HR/Operations Consultant and BA Sociology graduate with 30+ years of diverse experience, who uses his strategic skills for social work and resolving chronic Varthur civic issues.
Sai Jayanth K Nair is a strategic professional grounded in sociology, holding a graduation in BA Sociology from St. Joseph’s College, Bengaluru. He brings over 30 years of solid work experience as a seasoned Consultant in HR, Operations, and Business Development, and currently runs his own practice.
His passion for social work began in childhood, involving poor feeding, reuniting missing persons with their families, and working for a reputable NGO serving people with disabilities. He is very active in resolving civic issues in and around Bengaluru, especially in Varthur.
A key success came when he leveraged BNP to get non-operational street lights in Gunjur, Varthur fixed “in a jiffy.” Though the issue has since relapsed due to the road widening project, his action demonstrates his commitment to driving results. In his free time, he loves travelling, driving, cooking, and making friends.
