A Commerce Graduate with three decades in the IT Enabled Services industry, currently a Cyber Security Consultant who dedicates his weekends to essential civic work like coordinating voter ID camps.
Roomi Daroowalaa brings over three decades of experience in the IT Enabled Services industry to his civic work. A Commerce Graduate from Calcutta University, he is currently a specialist in the cyber security domain for a multinational consultancy firm, having been a proud Bangalorean since 2007.
While his demanding day job limits weekday flexibility, Roomi dedicates his weekends entirely to improving civic governance. He has made a significant impact by participating in 15 to 20 voter ID camps across various gated communities in Bellandur ward, personally helping over 100 citizens successfully obtain their voter cards. An accomplished polyglot who speaks, reads, and writes Hindi, Bengali, and Gujarati, besides English, he connects easily with a wide spectrum of the community to drive grassroots change.
